RoxDuo — Terms of Use

The service
RoxDuo is a training app for HYROX-style races, operated by Filippo Terzi (contact below). It generates AI training plans, tracks your station times, and lets you exchange times with a training partner. RoxDuo is not affiliated with or endorsed by HYROX® or Upsolut Sports GmbH.
Subscription (RoxDuo Pro)
After a 3-day free trial, full access requires a RoxDuo Pro auto-renewable subscription, purchased through your Apple ID: monthly or yearly (prices shown in the app before purchase). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.

Training plans are generated by AI within deterministic safety rules and are not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any training program. You train at your own responsibility.
Your data
Your training data stays on your device; see the Privacy Policy for the full picture, including the optional account and what is sent to our AI provider.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, abuse the plan-generation API, or redistribute app content commercially. We may suspend service for abuse.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
